Description: Fiore di Napoli is the flour for Neapolitan pizza, created with Eduardo Ore. It’s obtained with a combination of grains which allow to obtain a digestible and tasted pizza.
Ideal for: the production of Neapolitan pizza but also for classic pizza
Storage: Stock in a fresh and dry place under 25°C and not more than the 65% of humidity. Once opened just close it with a clip.
Allergens: it contains gluten. May contain soy.
